BENTONITE PRODUCTS

• Pelbon is a consistent, high quality calcium bentonite supplied as a 150 mesh powder and is used for a variety of agricultural applications including as a pelleting aid, anti-caking agent, flow agent, and carrier.
• Volclay Agri Gum is a superior lubricating agent for increasing pellet production rate, reducing energy usage, and improving pellet durability. AGRI GUM at 2 lb per ton will provide the same lubrication as 18 to 20 lb of fat or oil without decreasing pellet quality.
• Volclay HPM-20 is a high-purity, air-classified sodium bentonite, selectively-mined, consisting of micronized particles and supplied as a free-flowing powder. This montmorillonite is typically used where small particle size is required in pesticide and fertilizer applications.
• Volclay Powder is a naturally occurring sodium bentonite with an average particle size less than 200 mesh. Volclay fine powder is used as a binder for livestock and poultry feeds and as a digestive aid.

• Volclay SPG 8-20 is a double screened, granular sodium bentonite with an average particle size between 8 and 20 mesh and used with various chemical carriers or filler applications where controlled particle size is required.
• Volclay Customer Granular is an evenly sized granular sodium bentonite with the fines removed. Average particle size is between 16 and 70 mesh and used for rapid liquid dispersion and for mixing with granular feed and mineral mixtures.
• Volclay Crumbles Volclay Crumbles is a double screened, granular sodium bentonite with an average particle size between 8 and 20 mesh. Various chemical carriers or filler applications where controlled particle size is required. Also used in pond sealing applications.
